Known as the "THAT WORKS" guy. Phil is a long-term employee. He knowns the Midway inside and out when it comes to the grounds. Phil has been with RT's since Spring of 2018. Phil came onto the Midway as an Operation Manager. Phil is known for his "THAT WORKS" attitude, very laid back and knows what he is doing. He mainly runs the ROCK-N-ROLL when he is not busy doing other operational things. He is one of "THE BOYS".
